Officers
Log a patrol check, alarm response or incident in a few taps from a phone. Photos and GPS position are attached to the report, and the nearest sites are suggested from where you are standing.

Keep every site, client contact and employee in one place. Review the changes officers propose, decide who can see what, and find any report later.
Your clients
Each client signs in to see only their own sites and the reports about them. Clients you allow can keep their own contact list up to date, so you are not chasing phone numbers.

Photos and GPS
Attach photos to any report. The phone's GPS position is saved with the report, the closest sites are listed with their distance, and the address is looked up for reports made away from a client site.
Report templates
Build the forms your reports need: text, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates and times, photos, signatures and GPS, with questions that appear based on earlier answers. Starts with templates for trespassing, theft, property damage, suspicious activity and alarm response.
Sites and client contacts
Addresses, instructions and your own custom fields for every site, with the right contacts linked to each one and a primary contact always on file. Fields you mark as sensitive stay hidden until the viewer re-enters their password.
Alarm and gate codes
Stored encrypted, with a separate key for each company. Viewing a code requires re-entering your password. Officers can propose a new code for a supervisor to approve, and every change to a code is logged.
Approvals
Officers can't change a site record on their own; they propose the change, and a supervisor or administrator approves or rejects it. You always know who changed what, and when.
Employees and roles
Administrators, office staff, supervisors, officers, probationary officers and dispatchers each see what their job needs. A monthly page shows exactly which employees used Master Patrol and are counted on your bill.
Client portal
Clients see their own sites, incidents and alarm responses, and patrol checks wherever you choose to show them. Internal details such as entry routes and lockbox information stay hidden from clients.
Your name on it
Your company name and logo on the portal, and optionally your own address such as portal.yourcompany.com, with HTTPS set up for you.
Works on the phones your officers already carry
Master Patrol runs in the web browser on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers. There is nothing to install from an app store and nothing to update.
Officers can add it to their home screen in a few taps, and from then on it opens full-screen, like an app.
Sessions that fit your company
Choose how long a signed-in screen may sit idle before Master Patrol signs it out, and how much warning people get first. Shared office computers and phones left in patrol vehicles don't stay signed in.

Simple per-employee pricing
One monthly base fee for your company, plus a fee for each employee who actually used Master Patrol that month. Employees who didn't sign in that month aren't charged, and your clients are never counted.
